If you don't agree with these Terms of Service, please don't use our site. Simple as that.

By using WhoCookedWho, you confirm:

2. What WhoCookedWho Does

Our service provides:

🤖 AI Analysis: We process your conversation screenshots or text using GPT-4o-mini

🎭 Entertainment Verdicts: Humorous, AI-generated opinions on who "won" the argument

🏆 Downloadable Certificates: Shareable images declaring winners (for fun!)

💀 Brainrot Mode: Gen Z optimized chaos mode with extra spice

3. Understanding AI Limitations

🚨 CRITICAL: Our AI is fundamentally limited and you need to know this:

No context awareness:

The AI doesn't know your relationship history, inside jokes, or emotional dynamics. It's reading text with zero background info.

Produces random results:

Run the same conversation twice, you'll probably get different verdicts. It's not consistent.

Contains biases:

AI models have inherent biases from their training data. They can be unfair or make weird assumptions.

Makes mistakes:

The AI can completely misinterpret sarcasm, tone, context, or meaning. It's not smart.

Arbitrary scoring:

Those percentage scores? Completely meaningless. They're random numbers for entertainment, not actual measurements.

Think of our verdicts like a carnival fortune teller - fun to experience, completely unreliable for real decisions.

4. Your Responsibilities

You agree to:

Get permission:

Only upload conversations where you're a participant OR have explicit consent from everyone involved.

Use responsibly:

Treat verdicts as jokes, not life advice. Don't let an AI ruin your relationships.

Respect privacy:

Don't upload conversations with minors in inappropriate contexts or anything illegal.

Stay legal:

No illegal content, threats, harassment, abuse, or anything that could harm someone.

Be nice:

Don't use our Service to bully, harass, or hurt others. Just don't be a dick.

5. Content You Upload

You Own Your Content:

Whatever you upload remains yours. We don't claim ownership of your conversations.

Limited Processing License:

By uploading, you grant us permission to process your content through our AI system, generate verdicts, and display results. This license ends when we delete your content (which happens immediately after processing).

You're Responsible For:

• Ensuring you have rights to upload the content

• The accuracy and legality of what you upload

• Any consequences from sharing certificates or verdicts

• Respecting others' privacy and consent

6. Free Usage & Limits

Currently, our Service is free with basic limits:

• 2 free analyses per month per device

• Usage tracked via browser localStorage (anonymous)

• Limits reset monthly

• We may adjust limits or introduce paid tiers in the future

Attempting to bypass limits through technical means violates these Terms.

7. Absolutely Forbidden Content

Do NOT upload content containing:

🚫 Minors in sexual, romantic, or inappropriate contexts

🚫 Violence, abuse, or credible threats

🚫 Illegal activities or content

🚫 Revenge porn or non-consensual intimate content

🚫 Hate speech or harassment

🚫 Others' private information without consent

Violations will result in immediate termination and may be reported to authorities.

8. Things You Can't Do

Prohibited activities:

❌ Reverse engineer or steal our code

❌ Use bots or automation to spam requests

❌ Resell or commercialize our Service

❌ Attempt to hack, break, or exploit vulnerabilities

❌ Impersonate others or provide false information

❌ Interfere with others' use of the Service

9. Intellectual Property

Our Stuff:

WhoCookedWho's name, logo, design, features, and code are protected by intellectual property laws. Don't copy, modify, or redistribute without written permission.

Your Certificates:

Certificates you generate are yours to keep, share, and use for personal, non-commercial purposes. You can't sell them or use them for advertising without permission.

Fair Use:

Sharing certificates on social media for entertainment? Totally fine. Creating a competing service using our concept? Not fine.

10. Privacy & Data

Your privacy matters. Our Privacy Policy explains exactly how we handle your data.

Quick summary:

• Screenshots deleted immediately after processing

• No permanent storage of your conversations

• Minimal tracking (analytics only)

• We don't sell your data

11. Disclaimers (The Legal Stuff)

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES

We make absolutely NO guarantees about:

• Accuracy: AI verdicts may be completely wrong

• Reliability: The Service may go down or break

• Suitability: It may not work for your specific needs

• Results: Using our verdicts in real life is your risk

• Third parties: We don't control OpenAI or Google

Translation: If our AI says something dumb and you believe it, that's on you.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW:

• We're NOT liable if our AI ruins your relationship

• We're NOT liable for emotional distress from verdicts

• We're NOT liable for data loss or technical issues

• We're NOT liable for third-party actions (OpenAI, etc.)

• We're NOT liable for indirect or consequential damages

Maximum liability: $0 (since the Service is currently free)

Some jurisdictions don't allow these limitations, so they may not apply to you. But seriously - this is entertainment. Don't sue us because an AI said something stupid.

13. You Protect Us (Indemnification)

You agree to defend and hold us harmless if someone sues us because:

• You uploaded content you didn't have rights to

• You violated these Terms

• You used our Service illegally or to harm others

• You made real-life decisions based on AI verdicts

• You shared certificates in ways that harmed others

Translation: If you do something dumb with our Service and it causes legal trouble, that's your problem, not ours.

14. We Can Kick You Out

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to WhoCookedWho at any time, for any reason, with or without notice.

Reasons include (but aren't limited to):

• Violating these Terms

• Uploading prohibited content

• Abusing or exploiting the Service

• Being a jerk to us or other users

Since there are no paid subscriptions or user accounts yet, termination just means we block your access. No refunds because you didn't pay anything.

15. Legal Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Netherlands, where WhoCookedWho is operated.

Any disputes will be resolved in Dutch courts. By using the Service, you consent to this jurisdiction.

16. We Can Change These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do:

• We'll update the "Last Updated" date at the top

• Material changes will be announced on our homepage

• Continued use after changes = acceptance of new Terms

• If you don't like the new Terms, stop using the Service

17. Other Legal Stuff

Severability:

If any part of these Terms is found invalid, the rest still applies.

Entire Agreement:

These Terms + Privacy Policy = complete agreement. No side deals.

No Waiver:

Us not enforcing a rule once doesn't mean we've given up that right.

Assignment:

You can't transfer your rights under these Terms. We can transfer ours if we sell the business.
